The staff is professional at all the levels. The location is convenient and easy, a 10-minute walk from a bus station. It is in a secure area.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

The place was ideal and clean. The staff members were very friendly and hospitable. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from an oceanfront park. There was an excellent restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel. Actually everything was fantastic, my next choice again in Tampa.

The service was excellent during all my excellent stay. The room I stayed in was new-fashioned with the condition of the mattress, very comfortable beds plus bathroom. The hotel had an awesome location next to Thee Dollhouse.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the area and visit attractions like Busch Gardens. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast provided was the best I have ever had at any hotel, with an incredible variety of options to choose from.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and option to accommodate more people. Great TV subscription options. Excellent location, close to the airport, Whole Foods, and downtown attractions. Convenient business center for printing tickets. Lovely pool view from the suite. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast with lots of variety.

Also, location was unbeatable and convenient, within walking distance of International Plaza. Liked the a double room I was given, it had central heating, pay TV and a mini-fridge.
